Wild Woman Retreat

An Intimately Guided 6-Day Eco Experience on Sonora Island BC

July 23 to 28, 2018 with Caroline Stewart

Join me for a week of liberation - of diving deeply into what it means to truly embody the inner Wild Woman who exists within us all.

The Wild Woman is free.  She loves deeply and expresses honestly.  Her words, movements, and actions hold the true power of her BEing and she wields this power with kindness, clarity and generosity.

This lovingly crafted retreat experience includes the guided practices of Yoga, Meditation, movement, elemental ceremony, self-inquiry, writing and art expression, energy healing, touch therapy and so much more!

Are you longing to feel the liberation of your Spirit?  To dance with the rhythms of your Soul?

Through retreat, we are able to touch into the parts of ourselves that hold the essence of our natural capacity for joy, creativity, love, and inspired BEing.  By intentionally creating space for 'remembering', we tune into our innate wholeness and liberate the patterns and beliefs that are causing us to feel stuck.

One of the main themes running through this retreat experience is that of Self-Love.  What does it mean?  How do I actually learn how to love myself?  What practices can I use to maintain a high level of Self-Love and awareness - especially when I'm faced with struggle or challenge in my daily life?

Love is the great miracle cure. Loving ourselves works miracles in our lives.
— Louise L. Hay

As we rest deeply in the space of retreat, a natural rejuvenation arises.  The abundance of our BEing shows itself and the love of Self that we have cultivated in practice begins to spill over into all areas of our lives - relationships, family, work, creation, inspiration.

And so, retreat is a gift to us, to the Divine within, and to all those that we care deeply for.

A Perfect Place for Retreat

Cathers Cove is an off-grid Eco Resort on Senora Island BC with simple rustic accommodations and stunning natural beauty.  The perfect place for stepping into a space of deepened presence - inspiring the Wild Woman within.

The cabins and outdoor spaces offer expansive views overlooking the ocean and mountains beyond.  Our hosts share that they receive frequent visits from whales, dolphins and eagles!

The Resort is nestled in a quiet cove, with nature as our only neighbour.  Forest paths for time in nature is available right out your back door.

A NOTE FROM OUR HOSTS - This is a remote off-grid homestead.  Be prepared to have no cell or Internet service (instead, prepare to connect with nature and each other!).  The only electronics permitted are cameras, phones/tablets and lap tops.

To get to Cather's Cove, it is a scenic 40 minute water taxi ride from Campbell River, BC.  A group ride will be set up for Monday, July 23 at around 1pm (to be confirmed closer to retreat). *Note that this group taxi ride is included in your retreat price - $160 value!

If you'd prefer, you can take your own water taxi or float plane to Sonora Island.  If you haven't been on a float plane before, I would highly recommend it!  It's a beautiful way to see the area and is a reasonable price ($150-$200 per person).  Note that no deductions are provided on retreat price if a float plane is chosen.

Getting to Campbell River, BC

If you haven't been to Campbell River before, you're in for a treat!  This beautiful seaside city is your access to the natural beauty of Northern Vancouver Island, as well as the Discovery Islands (Quadra, Cortes, Senora etc).

The closest airports are in Campbell River or Comox.  You will find fantastic direct flights to Comox from Edmonton or other major cities through Westjet and connecting flights through other major airlines.  I have seen flights as low as $99 one way from Edmonton to Comox!
