Hempcrete and Natural Building Workshop with Dion Lefebvre - August 3-5, 2019

Have you been hearing all the buzz about Hempcrete and wondering how the heck you can get your hands into this incredibly natural, sustainable, and versatile building material? Well then, you've definitely come to the right place!

Dion Lefebvre of 8th Fire Innovations (www.8thfireinnovations.com) will be leading this unique offering right here at the Ringing Cedars River Sanctuary in Parkland County AB. Dion is a provincial pioneer in natural building, with over seven years in hemp technology development and six years in hempcrete construction. Trust me, you're learning from the best!

In this dynamic workshop, we will be balancing Natural Building theory with practical hands-on building. Our project for the weekend is a Fire Pit Surround utilizing Hempcrete, cord wood and incorporating glass bottles into the design.
